Shipments and returns
Order
You will always receive an order confirmation after processing your order in our system. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing information about your order and any shipping details. Your order can then be followed via the PostNL or DHL site with the received track and trace number.
After an order has been issued, it is no longer possible to combine this order with other orders. If the order has not yet been processed in the ordering process, your order can still be adjusted. Please contact us.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If the order has not yet been included in the ordering process, your order can still be canceled.

Your pack shipment
After receipt of payment, the delivery time is 1 to 5 working days. The orders are sent with PostNL or DHL. You can choose the following shipping options:
-Basic package from €6,98. You will receive a track and trace number to follow the shipment. The package will be sent uninsured.
-Insured send from €7,95. Here you will also receive a track and trace number. This package will be sent registered and insured (different options possible up to a maximum of €5,000), please contact us.
-Pick up. This is only possible by appointment. You can pick it up in Maasbracht. If you want to pick up the products, please contact us using the contact form or the details at the bottom of this page.
These shipping options only apply to the Netherlands.
Do you live in the EU? Unfortunately, we cannot indicate the delivery time in other EU countries. The orders are sent with PostNL or DHL. For shipping within the EU, the shipping costs depend on where you live.

Because we are in favor of recycling, orders are shipped as much as possible in previously used boxes.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can return the product within 14 days without stating the reasons. This is only possible after written consultation and provided the product is unused. Shipping costs and other administrative costs will not be returned. The remaining amount will be refunded within 5 working days after receipt.
If you have received a broken product/part or incorrect item, please contact us within two days of receipt of the goods. This can be done via the contact form. Broken goods will be refunded in full, including shipping and other additional costs. Costs due to priority, express or courier will not be refunded. If you wish to return the item yourself, we will reimburse a maximum of €6.98 of the return costs.
