1 General

1.5 By accepting an offer offered by Airsoft Goods and/or the mere placing of an order, the Buyer accepts these terms and conditions and is deemed to have tacitly agreed with the exclusive applicability of these terms and conditions to any further orders given by the Buyer, regardless of written confirmation of Airsoft Goods.
1.6 Any additional agreements and/or changes made later, as well as oral agreements and/or promises by Airsoft Goods, are only binding if they have been confirmed in writing.
1.7 The Buyer determines whether products purchased are suitable for his/her use and assume all hazards and liability.
1.8 Radio-controlled models and all related products are not toys and should be handled with great caution.

2 Quotation and payment

2.6 If the Buyer thinks that the costs charged by Airsoft Goods as indicated on the relevant invoice are incorrect, the Buyer can object within 7 days and notify Airsoft Goods after the invoice date, failing which any claim against Airsoft Goods will lapse.
2.7 All prices quoted by Airsoft Goods include VAT.
3. Delivery/shipment
3.1 Goods will be sent after receipt of payment.
3.2 If the articles are not in stock, the Buyer may wait with payment until the order is complete. The Buyer will be informed of this by e-mail.
3.3 All items are checked by Airsoft Goods for damage and/or defects before shipment.

3.5 The goods are and will be transported at the risk of the Buyer.

4 Returns
4.1 Orders can be returned to Airsoft Goods within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must be returned whole, complete, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

4.3 Insufficient or unstamped returns will not be accepted by Airsoft Goods and will be removed immediately after arrival.
4.4 The shipment of the returned goods is at the expense and risk of the Buyer.
4.5 All shipping costs and any insurance costs / administrative costs will be borne by the Buyer, the amount to be returned will be returned to the Buyer's account after proper receipt of the goods.
4.6 Items and/or offers specially ordered for the Buyer can never be returned.
5 Warranty
5.1 When a product has a defect upon receipt that makes the proper functioning of the product impossible, the Buyer must send an email to Airsoft Goods within 14 working days. After these 14 days, we no longer accept defects or defects in a delivery.
